STRUCTURED SALES PROCESS

The management of Stricker GmbH & Co KG filed for insolvency under self-administration on 14 November 2022. Prof. Dr Peter Neu and attorney Thorsten Kapitza from the law firm D'Avoine Teubler Neu provided legal support and advice to the company during the self-administration process.  The Münster Local Court appointed attorney Stephan Michels from MICHELS Vorast Insolvenzverwaltung GbR as provisional administrator.
The CVM Capital Value Management GmbH team led by Managing Partner Kai Peppmeier was exclusively mandated by the management to carry out a structured M&A process. Thanks to the successful cooperation with the parties involved in the process, CVM was able to successfully sell the company to a group of investors in the form of a transferring reorganisation and retain all relevant jobs at the Münster site. It is particularly pleasing that Wolfgang Stricker will continue to manage the family business. The company will reorganise itself as GUMMI STRICKER at the Münster site and offer the remaining employees a future-proof and attractive workplace in the new company.
