What does your work involve?
- Working on the project team for (distressed) M&A mandates
- Advisory services for companies and insolvency administrators
- Support for (inter-)national transactions on the buy or sell side
- Financing and corporate finance projects
- Company valuation
- Interactions with investors and clients
- Implementation of due diligence processes
- Analysis of the market and competitive situation and plausibility check for sustainable business model developments
- Preparation of comprehensive project presentations and process documents
What do we expect?
- Degree in business administration or business-related studies with above-average academic performance
- Relevant practical experience in corporate finance, M&A, auditing or investment banking
- Analytical and conceptual skills as well as an entrepreneurial way of thinking and acting
- Proficient use of MS Office applications and excellent German and English skills
- Independent and team-oriented working style with a high level of commitment
- Experience abroad and willingness to travel
