CVM Capital Value Management advises BleiStahl on renewal of syndicated loan agreement

CVM Capital Value Management GmbH has assisted the BleiStahl Group with the renewal of the existing syndicated loan agreement in the amount of € 51 million. With the available financing framework, BleiStahl will further improve the efficiency of the company and, in particular, push the transformation in the area of alternative drive technologies or application areas. CVM had already advised the company on this financing issue in 2018.

The globally active BleiStahl Group develops, produces and distributes valve seat inserts and valve guides for combustion engines. As a technology partner to OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers, the company researches and develops solutions to improve engine performance and emissions data. The products are used in the car and truck engines of almost all OEMs. BleiStahl is also represented in motor sports, where it can gain important know-how for series production.

The extensive research and development work has given BleiStahl a technical lead over its competitors, which is being continuously expanded. Above all, BleiStahl will continue to develop and set technological standards in the field of alternative drive technologies as well as alternative applications and products outside the combustion engine. With the financing that has now been implemented, the basis for this has been secured.
