Successful takeover: KISA GmbH acquires assets of SRG - Schrottservice Ruhr GmbH

SRG - Schrottservice Ruhr GmbH (formerly: Recuperma Service GmbH) specializes in repairs, maintenance, and wear protection. Its services include repairs and servicing of scrap shears, scrap presses, and shredders. Thanks to fast response times, customers benefit from the experience of the team, which ensures that machines from a wide range of manufacturers are safe, reliable and ready for use again. The aim is to keep machine downtime to a minimum.

In the 2024 financial year, the company generated sales revenues of approximately €3 million and employed around 30 people.
 

Structured sales process after filing for insolvency

On June 16, 2025, the management of SRG filed for insolvency with the Bochum Local Court. On June 26, 2025, the court appointed attorney Christoph Chrobok of PLUTA Rechtsanwalts GmbH as provisional insolvency administrator.

CVM Capital Value Management GmbH was jointly mandated by the management of SRG - Schrottservice Ruhr GmbH and the provisional insolvency administrator to exclusively carry out a structured M&A process.

About the parties involved

In the insolvency proceedings of SRG - Schrottservice Ruhr GmbH, CVM, together with attorney Christoph Chrobok from PLUTA, achieved a positive outcome. KISA GmbH from Kamp-Lintfort took over the company’s assets. In addition, individual employees were offered new employment at KISA. SRG's business operations continued as normal during the preliminary proceedings. Customer orders were processed as usual.
