Bauzentrum Tönnes GmbH & Co. KG has successfully taken over the business operations of Bouss GmbH. This secures the continuation of an established company with over 60 years of experience in the fields of transport services, building materials trade, bulk goods and waste disposal.

Structured sales process following insolvency application

Bouss GmbH filed for insolvency on 27 February 2025. The Wuppertal Local Court appointed Prof. Dr. Peter Neu, solicitor at ATN - d'Avoine Teubler Neu - Rechtsanwälte, as preliminary insolvency administrator.

The team at CVM Capital Value Management GmbH, led by managing partner Kai Peppmeier, was exclusively mandated to carry out a structured M&A process.
