Its portfolio includes, among other things, systems for the cold and hot cutting of steel bars, coil systems for wire processing, and various feeding and transport systems.
In addition to turnkey complete systems, the company offers a comprehensive range of services, including installation, repairs, steel construction, contract machining, tooling and automation.
Structured sale process following the filing for insolvency
On 1 December 2025, the management of Schubert Maschinen- und Anlagenbau GmbH filed an application for insolvency proceedings under self-administration with Hagen Local Court. Dr. Georg Heidemann and Melina Jenkner, solicitors at the law firm Heidemann Küthe, acted as general representatives in the proceedings. The court appointed Mr. Jens Lieser of Lieser Rechtsanwälte Partnerschaft mbB as preliminary custodian.
