Autovermietung Mork GmbH & Co. KG, founded 1950 in Dortmund, is a traditional family business, which is manged by the third generation. The shareholder family decided to integrate its business into the STAR CAR group, because of the increased consolidation process in the market.
In January 2017, the assets of the company were sold to STAR CAR GmbH Kraftfahrzeugvermietung. The company takes on all employees.
The STAR CAR group, with its headquarters in Hamburg and its 29 branches in 13 cities, is one of the largest car rental services in Germany. STAR CAR fulfils the whole range of a car rental service. The Dortmund branch will remain and shall be successively extended in the future.
