On 19 November 2024, the management of Schwarze-Robitec GmbH filed an application with the Cologne Local Court to open insolvency proceedings. The court appointed lawyer Prof Dr Peter Neu from the law firm D'Avoine Teubler Neu Rechtsanwälte ("ATN") as insolvency administrator.
CVM Capital Value Management GmbH was jointly and exclusively appointed by the management of Schwarze-Robitec GmbH and the insolvency administrator to carry out a structured M&A process.
Under the leadership of Managing Partner Kai Peppmeier and Partner Parwis Masomi, CVM was able to realise a viable solution - despite challenging market conditions - in close coordination with all parties involved in the proceedings: The company was successfully sold to an investor as part of a transferred restructuring. More than 90 jobs were saved in the process.
