CVM Capital Value Management successfully supports STARTIME MED GmbH in the acquisition of Kröger Medical Personaldienstleistungen GmbH

STARTIME MED GmbH (STARTIME MED) is a company of WEALTH COLLECT HOLDING GmbH (WCH) and a specialized staffing provider in the fields of medicine, nursing, and education. Effective October 2025, STARTIME MED acquired Kröger Medical Personaldienstleistungen GmbH (Kröger Medical). The integration of Kröger Medical into STARTIME MED’s existing organization will be implemented step by step over the coming months to ensure a smooth transition for employees and clients. As part of the transaction, 55 jobs were transferred.

Kröger Medical has an established position serving medical, nursing, and educational specialties. Through the acquisition, STARTIME MED not only gains additional locations and clients but also lays the foundation for realizing significant synergies in administration and processes. At the same time, the acquisition creates an opportunity to expand the service portfolio and substantially increase regional reach, particularly in previously underrepresented areas. With this transaction, WEALTH COLLECT HOLDING is consistently pursuing its growth strategy in the healthcare and social services sector.

On February 27, 2025, the management of Kröger Medical Personaldienstleistungen GmbH filed for insolvency under its own administration. As part of the self-administration proceedings, attorney Bartosz Zdanowicz from the law firm Hoffmann Liebs acted as the legal representative for the management of Kröger Medical. Attorney Dr. Christian Holzmann, partner at the nationwide law firm Brinkmann & Partner, was appointed as trustee. The self-administered insolvency was successfully lifted on September 30, 2025, after the creditors unanimously accepted an insolvency plan.

CVM Capital Value Management GmbH was exclusively mandated by WCH to manage and support the transaction process on the buyer side. Under the leadership of Oliver Lewin and his team, CVM was responsible for identifying the target company, analyzing and evaluating it, and managing the due diligence process in close coordination with WCH and the legal advisors. For CVM, the completion of this transaction once again underscores its expertise in successfully supporting challenging M&A processes in a complex market environment.
